Slimming World...... Week 2

So it was that time of the week again, weigh in day. I always get nervous because I have set myself a target for the week and as I have made the decision to not weigh myself at home during the week I never know until I step on the scales. Unfortunately I did not reach my target of 2lbs this week I only had a loss of 1.5lbs. I am a little disappointed as I did not reach my target but I did sit and eat like 2 whole easter eggs which did not help. Oh well back onto it now and hopefully this week I will make up that extra half a pound but I am just going to aim for 1.5lbs off this week! Over the week I ate:

Monday
Breakfast: Overnight Oats - 40g oats (HE B), Mullet Light Vanilla (F), Strawberries (S), Raspberries (S) and Blueberries (S).
Lunch: Bagel with Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato - Fitzgerald Bagel 6syns, lettuce (S), tomato (S), 1x tbsp mayo 5syns
Dinner: Lamb (F), chicken (F), mash potato (F), carrots (S), turnip (S), bread sauce 2syns, leak sauce 2syns, gravey 2syns,
Snack: Apple (S), Hifi bar 3syns, 30g cheddar cheese (HE A)

Tuesday
Breakfast: Overnight Oats - 40g oats (HE B), Mullet Light Vanilla (F), Strawberries (S), Raspberries (S) and Blueberries (S).
Lunch: Pasta (F) with peppers (S), cucumber (S), ham (F), quark (F), 1x tbsp Honey and mustard dressing 3.5syns
Dinner: Slimming World Lasagna and salad
Snack: 1x Cream egg 9syns, 1x Easter egg 23syns

Wednesday
Breakfast: 4x tbsp baked beans (F), 3 bacon fat cut off (F), Grilled Tomato (S), Grilled Mushroom (S), 2x poached eggs (F), Brown sauce 0.5syn
Lunch: Pasts (F) with bacon fat cut off (F) and 1/4 tub Gogo cheese (HE A)
Dinner: Nothing
Snack: 1x hifi bar (HE B), 2 small bags of Haribo 8syns, Easter Egg 21syns

Thursday
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: Bagel with Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato - Fitzgerald Bagel 6syns, lettuce (S), tomato (S), 1x tbsp mayo 5syns
Dinner: Korean fried rice - Pork chop fat cut off (F), Rice (F), Chilli (S), Spring onions (S), Ginger (S), Garlic (S), Mayflour curry sauce 2syns
Snack: Strawberries, Raspberries, 1x hifi bar 3syns, Chocolate 13.5syns

Friday
Breakfast: Overnight Oats - 40g oats (HE B), Mullet Light Vanilla (F), Strawberries (S), Raspberries (S) and Blueberries (S).
Lunch: 4x tbsp baked beans (F), 3 bacon fat cut off (F), Grilled Tomato (S), Grilled Mushroom (S), 2x poached eggs (F), Brown sauce 0.5syn
Dinner: Chicken curry and rice with Mayflour curry sauce 2syns
Snack: 1x Hifi bar 3syns, chocolate 13.5syns

Saturday
Breakfast: Overnight Oats - 40g oats (HE B), Mullet Light Vanilla (F), Strawberries (S), Raspberries (S) and Blueberries (S).
Lunch: Pasta (F) with Tuna (F) and Sweetcorn (F)
Dinner: Slimming world burger with slimming world chips and salad, 1x tbsp mayo 5syns
Snack: Apple, Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Hifi bar 3syns, 4x dairylea light triangles (HE A)

Sunday
Breakfast: Bagel (HE B) with Gogo perrer cheese (HE A)
Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: Ham (F), Roast potatoes (F), Mash potato 2syns, Parsnip (F), Cabbage (S), Carrots (S), Gravey 2syns

My eating was not the best this week neither was my exercise. In terms of exercise I only did 70mins of walking for exercise during the week and 15 mins of yoga and 10mins of pilates. I am hoping to do more this week but I need to try and not let my studying get in the way!
